INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYEES OF OUR CLIENTS WHO SEEK ACCESS, OR WHO SEEK TO CORRECT, AMEND, OR DELETE INACCURATE DATA SHOULD DIRECT THEIR REQUESTS TO THEIR EMPLOYERS WHO ARE GOAQUATIX’S CLIENTS. When a User registers with GoAquatix, information is needed such as the User’s name, company name, business address, and contact telephone number and email address. A billing address and credit card information is also required if the User has chosen a paid account. When a Visitor contacts us and/or requests information about GoAquatix, we will collect the Visitor’s email address and other contact information so that we may fulfill the Visitor’s request. Some information provided to us may individually identify you, and that information may be referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Personal Information.”

1.Camera- We capture images from camera and sent it to our server. We do not share this with any third parties.
2.Gallery- We access gallery to get images and the selected image by current logged in user is sent to our server. We do not share this with any third parties.
3.Device ID- We may store your device id to help us uniquely identify you for sending push notifications.
4.GPS location- We may track your current GPS location to display nearby pools.
5.Device Make, operator name- We collect device type for you to optimize certain features for your device type.
6.Contacts- We ask for permissions to read and write contacts so that we can initiate calling during any emergency from the device.

We do not share any of your personal information to any third parties. We may disclose your personal information to affiliates who work with us to provide services requested by you. GoAquatix collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes.
If you are an employee of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be involved with one of our Clients that use our Services, please contact the Client with whom you interact directly.
GoAquatix may transfer Personal Information to companies that help us provide our Services. To the extent applicable, such transfers are covered by the provisions in this Privacy Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Clients.
GoAquatix has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his/her request to the applicable GoAquatix Client (the data controller). The Client is able to remove the data without GoAquatix’s involvement. However, if the Client requests GoAquatix to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.
GoAquatix will retain Personal Information we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Clients. GoAquatix will retain and use this Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
